Kinesio / Rock Tape

Ever noticed that funny colored tape the athletes are strapping to various parts of their bodies? :confused:

I still have yet to see a good randomized controlled study that has proven that Kinesio tape workes.....If you have one I would love to have it.

I'm not saying that it doesn't work. I have seen may patients benefit from it when correclty applied, but the general public rarely will apply it to themselves correctly. If one is going to prescribe to the idea of Kinesio tape working, they must also understand that when incorrectly applied it could cause the injury to worsen.
