Re: ITS ME AGAIN
Well you haven't fixed your pole carry yet, so you should still be working on that. I can see on your first jump that you start with your elbow down now, but as your approach the pit your left hand drops below your elbow. As I mentioned before, this is taking you off balance, forcing you to decelerate, and throwing off your plant motion. It's also causing you to block and take off low, and as a result, you're pulling in with the left arm. That's why you're stalling out on top.
So fix your pole carry.
Also, work on the camera angle. It'd be easier to provide useful feedback if we had a good look at your run or your jump, but we don't really have either.

You might try stabilising your run up - not sensible to change the number of steps during a competition.

Re: ITS ME AGAIN
is the left hand and elbow supposed to be about the same? or should the elbow always be lower?

Re: ITS ME AGAIN
Yes, the elbow will stay below the hand all the way through the run. Do do this, your right hand has to come up behind you.
On the second to last left, when you start your plant, the left hand should be cocked up as much as possible, your left forearm should be tight against your torso, your left elbow is still down, the right hand is up behind your armpit, and the pole tip is passing through eye level. You can practice this on the track with pole runs.
