Brain buckets?

My folks want me to look into brain bucket info does anyone here have helpful advice (I do not want to wear one more neck pains IMHO)

I wear the skateboard helmet made by protect. Never had any problems with it, half the time i forget im wearing it. Last year we actually had 5/6 guys on our team wearing em, and 3 had never even though about it b4. no one seemed to notice. took some grief over it until we took 1, 3, 4 in the conference.
