Now, let's be fair to guys like Chad and Toby. They ate balanced, nutritious meals before comps and party later. I was just describing to Katerina how, Toby would substitute cottage cheese for french fries. She wasn't feeling it at all :)

So far Team "Raise the Bar" includes Trey Hardee, Mark Hollis, Jeff Coover and Dustin DeLeo. Nice group of guys! :yes:

Raise The Bar: U.S. Elite male vaulters

I am happy to announce that our program will continue through 2014. Dustin DeLeo and Jeff Coover finished respectfully, 4th and 5th at 2013 U.S. Outdoor Champs. Both clearing personal best marks of 5.60.
