I just started Pole Vaulting in mid-March 2013 with Dean Starkey at Arizona Pole Vault Academy and as of mid-July I hit a practice bar PR of 15'6" going into my Senior year of High School. With only Five months of Pole Vault experience under my belt at the time i was wondering if this was a normal progression and how common it is for someone to pick up the sport this quick. Thank you
One of my highlight vids (14'6"): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fd8e2fyzmVQ&feature=youtube_gdata_playerFast Progression?
