Stuck, not getting any better!

I've been pole vaulting for about 3 years, and recently my pole vault coach left. He helped teach another coach the basics of pole vaulting, but he is still not as experienced. He really can't pinpoint what I'm doing wrong, and I'm not progressing. I haven't been able to go over the bar, much less get any reps in. If you want a video please let me know! I just need help!

I was just on the boards updating a post and saw yours. Go ahead and post a video and I will be happy to take a look! Others here might give you some tips too.
