I work at the university of Leuven Belgium and in our athletics hall we have a Dima Pit (INTERNATIONAL MODULAR POLE VAULT

The block where the vaulters lands keeps ripping. The people from Dima France have been very kind and keep sending new blocks under warranty but they have no idea why this is happening. Does anyone have any experience with this? Or suggestions how to prevent this? Dima surely is a decent brand when it comes to pole vault pits. The pit is almost used daily and the best jumper jumps around 5m60. Some more info below.
