He doesnt need to move his standards at all, he just needs to move the pole a little bit more. In the video where he misses, his pole speed slows down and his pole doesnt pass through vertical causing him to get away from the pole...huge hip height but no depth. If he could just get his takeoff a little bit earlier I think his pole would pass through the vertical a little bit easier. If he did this he would have no problem with that height...and maybe the next one after.
