I'm pretty sure that John Ryland vaults for Linderwood from Bell athletics, but Becca would know better.

I can't believe we don't have more people on here that are from Missouri, it seems like our neighbor on the Ill side has like 50 people on here.

John's brother Daniel Ryland vaults for Bell Athletics.

Are you saying that John doesn't vault for Lindenwood or are you just stateing that it is his brother that vaults for Bell Athletics? Because I could of sworn that John told me when I was down at Bell that he is a Vaulter/Decathlete for Lindenwood.

John does vault for Lindenwood. He's definitely not a decathlete anymore though.

He did decathlons in high school, but he doesn't want to anymore. His body breaks down too easily he says.

That is completely understandable, have to stay healthy for the vault if nothing else. Which I can't seem to do since I just rolled my ankle and tore ligaments in it a couple days ago. I am probably going to be out the rest of the season or I might be back by the district meet if I do everything right and heal fast by what the doc says. But like that will do me any good since I will be so out of practice.

What is everyone doing this summer as far as working out and training. Also does anyone know of somewhere to vault through the summer as in a high school, college, or even a personal pit?
