If in a bar and getting a little loud you would want him in your corner to take on the big guy with the scar. I heard that a woman has calmed him down quite a bit though.

i've heard the word "certifiable" used before...whatever that means ;) its true that i'm calming down in my old age, but only because its cheaper to drink at home

hope the move has you in a great situation Jeremy. You know we will all miss you in the midwest.

its going pretty well, job's good, found a school to coach at and have a couple of good kids. I have a freshman who's been in gymnastics his whole life and is already swinging vert and turning during pop-ups after 1 week......heh heh

I usually don't listen to music before I vault but when I do I really like to listen to Nevermore or Iced Earth. Megadeth is good too. Mainly thrash stuff, but maybe a little Iron Maiden too.

We don't listen to music where I come from. Its for the soccer kids only. I guess we aren't cool enough...even though I thought we were because we are POLE VAULTERS! So instead, before a meet I talk to people, because I talk a lot... :D
Hey is that a pole in your hand or are you just happy to see me?
