Are you getting actual cuts or are you getting rips from your callouses? If something is cutting your hands, maybe check your tape on your poles and make sure it is not all funky. If it is your callouses don't let them get too big. Use a pumice stone or razor or something to keep them down.
My two cents anyway

I get those same rips. where the side of say your index fingernail rubs on your middle finger and cuts it open..... I get the tears from the caluses too, they eventually toughen up and go away tho. The fingernail tear eventually toughens up too, just takes I dunno like a month of vaulting to do it. I haven't found anything to help the situation either except time... kinda sucks

?
the little tears on your index finger are from downward pressure on your left arm, you may not be thinking about it but when you are swinging you probably put a little pressure to help you rotate.(i do it sometimes from a shorter run and get the same tear and it stings like a biotch in the shower!)
to see what i mean, hold a pole and try to slide your left hand down the tape and you will see what i mean
as far as fixing it you can wait until it heals over and before you jump use superglue or clear fingernail polish to harden the area and it wont rip

Lighter Fluid
Lighter fluid helps your hands from slipping therefore reducing the friction on your hands cutting back on those annoying little cuts
