sorry ive been busy

heres a link to the program

everything has to be entered in metric

enter your height in meters
enter your speed in meters/second
and enter your best vault in meters

ignore all the cog compensation.. they are holding numbers i needed so dont alter those

What is the thinking of multiplying the cog (I am assuming that is to calculate the center of gravity) by 1.5?

how are you converting 100m times into m/s?? just wondering, cause i've got myself at a max vault of 7.26m. and that doesn't seem right, but i know i'm moving at least 10.25 m/s in a full sprint. ( w/ 10.5m/s, 1.98m, 5.10pr) in high school i ran 1.44sec for a flying 15 at earl's
8700... mark it down

with a really hard pike up top, you can raise your body above your cog. since your cog is about half hour body, i figure fold that in half again and that would be a decent estimate for pike gains.

well i estimated by taking 100m / time
i know its not perfect because your faster at the end then beginning and all that stuff. its just an approximation that works pretty well for people who aren't on extreme ends of the spectrum
