You have two options:
1) If you want to set it in concrete, be very deliberate and have it secured exactly where you want it BEFORE you start pouring.
2) The simple way would be to sink it in gravel, sand or road grade (I think they call it DRG). It won't move and you can adjust it if need be.
We sunk ours in concrete and it came out PERFECT; but the guys doing it are really, really good.

Putting in a new plant box
Is this a "regular" box or one of the new "soft boxes"? If it is a "soft box" you had better have the person / persons installing the box talk to someone at some place that has already done it. It was done at Penn State and there were some problems and concerns. If you need a name I can get you an email of someone to speak to who has first hand information.
Good Luck

Yeah. I think the way our guys did it was that they framed it in with wood, then poured half the concrete, making bleeping sure the box didn't budge a millimeter. Then when that concrete set, they removed the wood, leaving the box fixed in place by the concrete already poured, and proceeded to pour the rest, again being super anal about it.
As DrCurran above noted, if you are installing a softbox, you really need to contact someone who has already done it. The guys at Gill are familiar with the process.
