Which pole should I order based on this jump?

I am looking at my video from this past weekend, and I realized that I have an average plant, I invert too early, and the top of my vault is ugly.
I also know that the pole I am on is giving me nothing back. My standards are at 65 in this vault, and, as you can see, if I plant the pole correctly and delay my inversion, I would blow through this pole.
The pole is a 15' 180 with a 17.3 flex. I weigh 175.
I am looking to order another 15' pole. What should it be. I was thinking a 185 with a 17.0 flex.
Any suggestions.

Well it looks like you are not getting the pole to vertical currently and since your standards are not at 80 you don't need a bigger pole right now. Based on that jump you might have made it if your standards were at 45. I would lower your grip 2-3 inches to get a little deeper into the pit. If you want to get a bigger pole for when you improve I would get a 15-185 with a flex near 16.3. a 17.0 flex would only be 1-2lbs stiffer. Know that 1.0 = 5lbs. Also, before you go up in length I would try to get 15lbs over your weight on poles.

That is exactly why I am looking for another 15' pole.

Yeah but you're not ready for another one yet, you're barely rolling this one into the pit.
I agree 100% with cdmilton. Drop your grip on this pole and don't think about a bigger pole until you are knocking the bar off on the way up with your standards at 80. When you do that, order a 16.3.

I am just looking to have a pole ready when I consistantly am blowing through this pole.
Until then I will try dropping my grip.
In that case order a pole that is 1.0 bigger. In this case that would be the 16.3

looking back at all the three jumps, i would say you need to start putting a little more focus on your left arm too, because i dont think i would try to go to a bigger pole until your left arm is no collapsing, and when you fix the left arm, i would think that you will need a lot bigger of a pole. Someone correct me if im wrong.
