So what makes a device to measure the height, an offical measuring equipment. Does it have to have a company name that is involved in making track and field equipment stamped on it and cost an arm and a leg to be legal? As long as the pole is measured correctly it should offical.
I like the way the measuring device that caltrackreconditioning.com sells was designed. Being able to measure the heights with out moving the standards to zero and having a level on it, saves time. But does this make it illegal not having to move the standards?
