I'm an "old' vaulter. Set my first record on a steel pole jumping into a sand pit, which we raked to keep from turning ankles!
As a coach, I must "navigate' the vaulter down the right training path and into an intricate & complex series of skills known as polevaulting--------
well, I thought PV-navigator just sounded good! lol
