I found this great site to help with your vault is you need a coach. It is awesome. You simply upload your video on the website and the break your vault down. They gave me individual pictures of my vault along with drills and a weight plan to fix them. Plus the coach calls and email you. It is so cool.

Looks pretty good.............my only concern is if they will not disclose the coachs names how do you know that its worth the $$$. Most coaches WILL work for about the same amount if you happen to be lucky enough to be NEAR one. However if you are without a coach..........well then this might be worth the effort. I just get skeptical of PO boxs and no names to "trust" that it is safe and on the up and up. SO if your using the site give us all some feedback.

I just talked with one of the coaches and it seems legit. They said if I didn't like the service they would refund my money so I guess there's nothing to lose.

I would be skeptical if they had a janky website or something, but it looks like they have $$ to put into the service.

If I was paying money for coaching I would at least want to know who is coaching me.

I sent them an email asking who their coaches were and they replied saying they have a pool of coaches and couldn't disclose any of the names due to all their coaches not having the same availability. They also siad if I became a member that they would send me bios of the coaches I could choose from. Sounds fishy to me.....

I think this is more of a money making opportunity than it is a willingness to help kids become better vaulters. They are offering information to kids that is freely available in forums like this one. Why would you pay someone for advice that you have no idea who they are when you can get it here from known people for free. I also don't like their methods of "coaching". Video analysis, emails, and phone calls? I don't see that as an effective way to help someone become a better vaulter. You can't expect a kid to videotape his practice, upload a video, wait for someone to analyze the video, send back their thoughts and expect the kid to make improvements in practice. Effective coaching must take place firsthand, not via correspondence.

Nothing against the guys who put the service together, but don't waste your money.........

I actually use the service and love it. I compete in triathlons and Master Track Meets for the past 12 years since I divorced. I was originally a mid-distance runner but wanted to take up a new event. For the most part I taught myself how to vault but after 2 years I got really frustrated. I went from 8 feet to 9 feet in 3 months but then got stuck at the 10 foot barrier for 1 1/2. I was recommended by a friend to PVC who has a high school daughter that uses it. As soon as I registered for it I was given a list of coaches I could choose from. They don't post their coaches because they are not always available so they don't want to advertise them in addition there are some NCAA rules about college coaches working with high school athletes so they have to make sure they don't pair up the two. I asked the same question. Once I signed up I had a list of coaches to pick from, I picked Todd Crannell. He is a Georgetown University assistant track coach. He has done wonders for my vault. After being stuck at 9'6 he got me over 10'6 in a matter of 3 weeks. Couldn't be happier. What do you have to lose. They have a money back guarantee.

Good point. But not everybody has the option to have a coach in person. I found it very frustrating to find a coach in Montana to help with my vault. Instead of waiting for a camp to appear in the summer I can just upload my video to them on their webiste. I just have my daughter video tape my jumps which I use to do anyway. It is really cool. The feedback is great. And I don't think they are trying to replace in person coaching but instead give an option to kids who have no pole vault coach in the area. I was skeptical at first but they have a 100% gurnatee or money back.

Well.........it appears that the site is run by a couple of "NOLES". Fla State that is. One of them has a best jump of around 17' and the other around 15'. I think Im gonna have to go with ash on this one. Of course the quality of thier work could overcome the price. Nothing personal guys, good luck and you should really let people know who they are dealing with. Especially since their is $$ involved.

I hope so since you yourself are either a FSU athlete or alum. Of course that does not speak very highly of your college coach. Although I would guess he is one of the staff members (i would hope since 2 of his former athletes are running the site) pvnoles@hotmail.com is the email you used here to regiseter so I guess I am making the assumption that you in some way or another know the 2 young men running the site.

i also have to agree with ash. As a consumer of anything, I usually like to know who is providing my good/service. I don't think people would be so skeptical if those running the service would just come out and say who they are and what their credentials are. Although nothing can replace a good coach thats there while you vault, I think this service is a good idea for those vaulters without coaches. But I wouldn't reccommend the service to anyone until i knew who was behind it and what their credentials are.

A fancy website doesn't necessarily mean a good product.

Look, I think you guys have a nice idea going. I am a little skeptical of the cost per month thing, but hey, if you can convince people to pay you for it, more power to you.

There really was no reason to come on here and pretend to be satisfied customers. If you have a good product, word will get out. There is no need for gimmicks.
