Looking for PV/Track camps around southern NH.

Unread postby JumpinSkiing » Wed Jul 05, 2006 12:45 am

I'm in Southern NH and have been looking for a camp to go to this summer, I haven't been able to vault for about a month now and i'm getting the itch. I'd also like some high-caliber coaching.

Anyone know of anything?

its a little late but you may be able to still get into camp at USM in portland maine area this weekend, july 8th and 9th. i would suggest going to the camps page on here and clicking the link you could call and see if they will still enter you. other than that i don't know of anyothers in that general area. you may have to travel
good luck

Vertical Assault is in PA. They have a camp July 30-Aug 2nd.

You might be able to still get in...

Vertical Assault tries to accomodate all athletes. If there is time in the schedule they will make another session so nobody has to be turned away.

The website doesnt say the camp is closed......

How far are you willing to go? Westborough, MA, it's in central MA has a club http://www.patriotpv.com that runs 6 days a week, just call ahead before you come.

Yeah I definitely plan on going to patriot pv a few times before the summer's out and even into the fall.

Question, it's 25 per person per hour and a half?

Yeah, he actually contacted me on this site, and my coach talked to him at New Englands.

I went to Patriot a few weeks ago and it was a breath of fresh air. Hadn't pole vaulted in awhile, and loved it. Thanks to all three coaches, the level of information being provided was incredible. Fixed things in my vault that I didn't even know were wrong. If anyone has a chance to go vault at Patriot, I highly recommend it, and I know i'll get down to Westborough as much as I can.
