They said on the broadcast that Hooker was using Hartwig's poles. Looking at the picture it confirms it.

CRAIG Mottram, Steve Hooker and Sarah Jamieson capitalised on one of the few opportunities Australian athletes get for good indoor competition at the Boston Indoor Games yesterday (Melbourne time), each setting a new national record.

Hooker had to jump on borrowed poles after his were lost in transit in San Francisco. He borrowed poles from US rival Jeff Hartwig and used them to win the event with a first-time clearance of 5.81 metres.

American Ross Buller was second at 5.61, with Hartwig â€â€
