Brad Walker jumps 5.92 in Perth

Unread postby trex » Fri Feb 23, 2007 10:15 pm

Report in print press here today is that Brad Walker vaulted 5.92 in Perth in their State Championships. He beat Burgess (who only cleared 5.62 I think it said).

Official confirmation should appear here very soon:

I hear Burgess cleared 5.62, but I have not seen actual results. Alex just sent me the video, and I have not seen them online yet.

is it just me or does brad's swing look much longer? it looks like he's shying away a bit from the big tuck that he used to employ.

i was obviously trying to compliment brad... it looks like his jump has improved even since he jumped 6.00m. he's ready for big things. not sure how u guys took that as me saying he was jumping poorly....
