Jeff Hartwig is in limbo.
The Olympic pole vaulter from Jonesboro, Ark., doesn’t want to be one of those athletes who says they’ll retire, only to change his mind. Then again, Hartwig turns 40 in September and he eclipsed his childhood dreams years ago.
“I definitely think if I was to jump beyond this year, it would be very limited,â€Â
