Brad is a nice guy and has a sweet vault.

its really interesting to read that passage. i think almost every vaulter feels some of those same things. especially when times get tough and your giving up so much....

Brad, It was great seeing you develop since you stepped on in the Big Ten your freshman year. It's been fun competing against each other and I won't forget your focus and tenacious comittment in your career and the way you vaulted on that day in Houston Indoor 2007. Good luck with all your future endeavors.

Awesome story! We met the Gebauer family last year. My son had just finished his 8th grade year of track. We got lucky and attended two camps put on by Brad's dad Ron. My son was VERY impressed with Brad. This year for track, he had Gebauer printed on the back of his shirt. We were at a camp a couple weeks ago, and we knew that Brad was retiring.

Brad, you and your family are the best. My son is lucky to have you as a role model. We will be at the Bad Axe camp this weekend. I hope we get to see you there.
