Pyrek clears on her second! Bar goes to 4.80.

I am sure there will be a lot of records of best for place today.

Isinbayeva now up! Hopefully the TV guys can break away from Mutola lying on the track in agony and show a few jumps.

I don't think there's any way she could've done that. The bar was still bouncing on the pegs when she was a meter below on the way down. Bad call if you ask me (... which you didn't).

I'm pretty sure the right side of the bar bounced on to the top of the standard. the camera zoomed in on the left peg showing the fliped over bar but did not show the right side up close.

She definately did not Volz but it probably was a miss.

They show Feofanova's 2nd attempt clearance at 4.75. It looked solid, but she didn't put a ton of height on it.

Pyrek has a decent amount of height on it, brushes the bar on the way down, but it stays.

Isinbayeva misses her first!!

21:28 : Isinbayeva has a miss at her first attempt at 4.80m. Badurova, Feofanova, and Pyrek cleared 4.75m; Boslak, with one miss, then passed to continue at 4.80m.

Finally showed video of Isinbayeva. Looks like she just blew through the pole.

Boslak misses her first jump.

Pyrek misses her first. Now going to second attempts. Isinbayeva is up first. Petrov is smiling.

Kind of a sloppy jump, but Isinbayeva makes it clean on her second attempt.

21:33 : Isinbayeva is now safely over 4.80m on her second attempt, the first clearance at that height.

They were about to show Badurova, but they had to break away for an important shot on the long jump officials raking the pit (though in fairness they did actually show a long jump after that).

Badurova misses her second.

Feofanova misses 4.80. It looked like she knocked the bar off on the way up, not really the greatest attempt ever.

Boy it would have been nice if you didn't have to buy a monthly subscription to the wcsn site to see all this....
