i eat wheat bread and if my brothers home he buys skim milk so i drink that too. but other than that im pretty unhealthy.
my daily foods are, poptarts, cereal, bags of chips. if we have no juice than ill indulge in some sodas.
i run, therefore im buff.

Dude watch out for when your metabolism starts to slow down around 25. You'll be looking like your avatar if you're not careful!

HHHMMM, Thickburgers, Papa Johns, Bologny Sandwiches, Beer, lots of water, even more coffee, star crunches................get the idea. Its a wonder im not pushin 300+. Fruit? whats that?

haha i kinda want my metabolism to slow down.. im too skinny.. i want to gain like 10 lbs at least.. im 5'6 or 5'7 and about 128 or so. i look like a stick adn then i dont think that the running i do for track and xc help much either heh..
i run, therefore im buff.

So stop eating garbage. Start eating more things like oatmeal, baked potatoes, steak, chicken, fish, whole wheat bread, nuts, etc.
