No really, send me a personal email and I'll explain my thoughts to you, it takes a lot of time and space. Lon
Ok Lon, I've got the time and space - do you?
Hey, by the way, how'd my boy Geoff jump?

The first movement after takeoff is a no-brainer: push the hands over your head, drive your lead knee, stay upright, with trail leg straight and penetrate in towards the pit before the swing starts. After all that all you have to do is bring the lead knee up to the chest, put both feet over the top of the pole while it's still bent and row your feet straight up over the top of the pole, initiate the turn, pike at the top and then throw your chest back. I might have left out a few minor details, but the technique is so simple, a child can master it in a day.
