I've never 'maxed out'...b/c we always have PV practice when the rest of the team does that...but I don't do reps w/ more than 100
..ok, and another thing about benching that 's kinda off topic...don't try to do it w/ a broken wrist. I really missed lifting arms, and i tried to lift the bar...couldn't do it
